Description

Description

The key themes that emerged from Walker’s interviews with members of the U.S. private sector genomics industry were ethical concerns about the lack of diversity in genetic datasets, issues related to data control, and pricing and profits in commercial genomics. Concern about data diversity, Walker observed, was rarely accompanied by concern for diversity in the industry workforce.
