The DNA Patent Database, curated by Duke Institute for Genome Science and Policy and the Kennedy Institute of Ethics at Georgetown University, is a searchable collection of DNA-based patents issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) from 1971 to 2012 and patent applications from 2001 - 2012.
