This bill creates the Body Data Privacy Act. This bill prevents any government agency from denying benefits or privileges to individuals for the refusal to disclose biometric data, which is defined to include DNA or RNA. Exemptions include disclosure as required by federal statute, state statute or law enforcement. Requests for disclosure must state whether disclosure is voluntary or mandatory and the reason for the request. Individuals whose biometric data is misused may bring an action in the court of common pleas for remedies. Measure failed. Bill Status: Died
