    Job Description

    With interests in bioethics, social science, health policy, public health, epidemiology, or related field to work on an NIH-funded study examining the social, clinical, and ethical implications of using polygenic risk scores in child and adolescent psychiatry, as well as other studies exploring ethical, legal, and social implications (ELSI) of genomics. The research assistant will be part of an interdisciplinary team of researchers led by Stacey Pereira, PhD; Eric A. Storch, PhD; and Gabriel Lázaro-Muñoz, PhD, JD (Harvard). This is a non-laboratory research position.

    In addition to supporting the Center’s robust research program, the research coordinator will also have opportunities participate in professional and academic development sessions hosted by the Center. Such development opportunities include journal clubs, speaker series, career development information sessions, peer mentorship, and programming on grant writing, academic presentations, and goal planning.     -Assist with project oversight

    -Assist with interview and survey materials development and data collection

    -Assist with quantitative data management

    -Conduct interviews and qualitative data analysis (training available)

    -Assist in the preparation of manuscripts for publication

    -Assist in the preparation of presentations to share the project’s research in local, national, and international meetings
